James Corbett – President & CEO, Alphatec

Prior to joining us, Mr. Corbett had been the President and CEO of Vertos Medical, Inc., a position he held since November 2008. Vertos is the manufacturer of novel, percutaneous treatment for lumbar spine stenosis. Over the course of his career, Mr. Corbett has held the position of Chief Executive Officer, Home Diagnostics Inc.; President, Boston Scientific International; and General Manager, Baxter Healthcare, Japan, as well as a number of executive roles in his 11 years at Baxter Healthcare.

David Meltzer – CEO, Sports 1 Marketing

David Meltzer is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Sports 1 Marketing, A Warren Moon Enterprise and oversees all day-to-day business operations at the firm. Sports 1 Marketing is currently involved with several sports and entertainment events or entities including, among others, the NFL Players Association, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, Surf City Marathon, ESPYs, Spartan Races, The Inspirational Sports Network, Business Rockstars, Pebble Beach, Internships.com, and many more.

Dean Reginald Gilyard – Dean of the Argyros School of Business and Economics, Chapman University

Dean Gilyard was formerly a Partner and Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of The Boston Consulting Group – a $3B+ global management consulting company which advises the world’s largest companies and public institutions. Dean Gilyard led BCG’s Education practice in the US, focused on not-for-profit institutions. In addition, he served private sector clients in the media, technology, consumer and retail sectors. Outside of client work, Dean Gilyard led both local and national recruiting programs for BCG; covering undergraduate, MBA, PhD and lateral hiring programs.
